INGREDIENTS
1 large boiled potato or 2 medium sized potato
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 tsp oregano
4 tbsp besan (gram flour)
salt and pepper to taste
some freshly chopped coriander leaves
METHOD
Mash boiled potato add grated cheese, besan, salt, pepper and oregano. Some chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Mix all the ingredients well and combine the dough.
