INGREDIENTS
5-6 heels of the bread
1/2 cup olive oil or melted butter
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dry parsley (optional)
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
salt and black pepper to taste
METHOD
In a bowl mix together all the ingredients mentioned above except for bread slices. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the bread as shown in the pic.
Butter well the baking pan, keep the sticks and spread oil and spices mix all over.
Pre-heat oven at 200 degree and bake it for 10 minutes.
Serve as evening snack with Tomato soup
