MY SON'S RECIPE- ICE-CREAM PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
5-6 packets of sponge cake
3 cups vanilla ice-cream
1 cup chopped fruit of your choice (I used mango)
gems, sprinklers, choco chips for garnishing

METHOD
Take serving bowl, set cake, Spread ice-cream all over it well, leaving no gaps, add chopped mango.

Now put second layer of cake but this time crushed roughly with hands. Spread ice-cream well.

Garnish with crushed gems, sprinklers, choco chips.

Keep in  fridge to set for 2-3 hours. Serve chilled.
