COFFEE-CHOCO CHIP ICE-CREAM

I prefer to make ice-cream at home as it's free from preservatives and artificial colours and essence. Being a mother of three I always try to give my kids healthy and fresh food. I have written ice-cream recipes like quick mango ice-cream
 and choco chip ice-cream
This time wanted to try coffee ice-cream.

The aroma and flavour that comes from this ice-cream is absolutely divine. The fresh aroma of coffee is irresistible.

Here I used Amul whipped cream, you can use any whip cream of your choice. These days whip cream is easily available in good confectionery shop or bakery shop.

In case you are using sweetened whip cream don't add condensed milk. Take taste test before freezing if required add condensed milk accordingly.

If condensed milk is not available you can add powdered sugar while whipping the cream.

Dissolve coffee in hot water only to get its maximum flavour and aroma. Let it come down to room temperature. Don't add in whip cream while it is hot.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup whipped cream or fresh cream (I used Amul)
1 tbsp instant coffee
1/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup choco-chips

METHOD
Dissolve coffee in hot boiling water. Keep aside.

Whip cream till fluffy add dissolved coffee and condensed milk.

Transfer in a storage bowl, add choco-chips and give a good mix.
