INGREDIENTS
250 gms pasta of your choice (here Penne Pasta is used)
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp butter
2 glasses milk
5-6 cloves of chopped garlic
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped onion
1 cup corn (optional)
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 fresh cream
1 tsp oregano or mixed herb
salt and pepper to taste
chilli flakes to taste

METHOD

Boil water in deep pan, add salt and add pasta in boiling water. By the time pasta is getting cooked, prepare sauce.

Roast Whole wheat flour with butter on low flame till fragrant, don't let it turn brown. Now add 1 glass of milk, stir continuously using whisker. If any lumps form churn it in mixer.

Add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. Mix well and cook till it becomes little thick but flowing.

In other pan, add olive oil, saute chopped garlic, add chopped onions and saute till it sweats. Add chopped capsicum. Mix in salt, pepper and herbs.

Put prepared white sauce, corn, cream and grated processed cheese.

Add in cooked pasta, salt, pepper and oregano.

Mix well. Add more milk to get right consistency. I added 1 more glass of milk as cheese and cream thickens the sauce.

Cook more for about a minute. Serve.

NOTES:
1. Never add oil while boiling pasta, only salt. Buy adding oil the sauce will not stick to pasta.

2. If pasta not served immediately will become dry, always keep the sauce little thin.

3. If required add more milk, if doing so, add more salt, pepper and oregano to balance the taste.
