INSTANT EGG-LESS LAVA CAKE

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup all purpose flour (Maida)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 tsp cocoa powder
2 pinch?s of baking soda
2 pinch's of baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup of milk
5-6 cubes of any milk chocolate or dark chocolate (I used Morde dark chocolate)


 


Serves: 3

METHOD
Mix together all the ingredients well, except for dark chocolate. Grease muffin moulds of any size or shape with some oil.

Pour in the batter. Put in microwave on high heat for just 1 minute. Not less or more than 1 minute.

Remove from microwave turn it upside down. Immediately cut from centre and enjoy liquid chocolate lavaaaaaaaaa.......

The chocolate that works best for lava are any dark chocolate like Morde, Bournville dark chocolate or dairy milk silk but not cadbury milk chocolate.

3. Pour batter in moulds.










4. Dig in dark chocolate.










5. In microwave for exactly 1 minute.










6. After 1 minute.










7. Turn it upside down.
