SUJI / RAWA FINGERS

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Rawa (suji)/ Semolina
1 1/2 cup milk
3/4  cup grated processed cheese
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cornflour
1 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste

METHOD
Heat butter in a pan. Roast semolina till golden in colour. Add salt and milk, mix well and add grated cheese. Cook till it leave the sides of pan. Grease a flat pan. Transfer this hot mixture on it and flatten.
Cut it into medium strips. don't remove from plate and keep it in freezer for about 10 minutes. By that time, heat oil in pan. In a bowl, add cornflour with salt and water and make batter. In a plate, spread breadcrumbs.Take one finger dip it in cornflour batter, roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Serves: 2-3 people

4. Add 11/2 cup milk, stirring continuously.














5. Now add salt.














6. Here goes 3/4 cup cheese.














7. Cook till it leaves edges of the pan.






















8. Grease a quarter plate with little oil.






















9. Spread it on a quarter plate and flatten it.






















10. Cut it into long strips. keep it in freezer for about 5-10 minutes.






















11. Dip in cornflour, salt, kasuri meethi (dry fenugreek leaves) batter.






















12. Coat it in breadcrumb.






















13. Deep fry.














14. Serve it with kids favourite sauce.
