INGREDIENTS
For baby corn marination
10-15 baby corns
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dry parsley (optional)
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
little bit of salt
For Batter
1/2 cup cornflour or all-purpose flour or Maida
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp turmeric
little bit salt
I made baby corn bullets and uploaded recipe some days back. I had some leftover baby corns from that recipe. Stored in fridge thinking will try something new with it. Then thought of making some quick snack. I like Mandarin Gobhi a lot so gave these baby corns also same touch.
The method of marination mentioned below is same as baby corn bullets. Only change here is the batter.
While making batter, mind salt as we are adding salt during marination also.
Enjoy this tasty baby corn in snacks I am sure your kids and family will love it.
METHOD
Take a deep pan, add some water and boil baby corn till little tender and soft. Don't cook completely, leave it little raw.
Slit the corn from centre.
In other bowl, add pizza sauce, oregano, dry parsley, chili flakes, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar, olive oil and salt. Mix them well. Add half-boiled corn and coat well in the above sauces. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
Take a pan, put a spoon of butter, put marinated corns and saute on high flame for1-2 minute from both the sides. Remove from flame and keep aside to cool.
FOR BATTER
Mix all the ingredients mentioned under batter and make thick paste using water.
Dip corn in it, coat well and deep fry.
Serve.

4. Mix baby corn in it and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
5. Roast in pan on high flame for 5 minutes or till little brown. Let this come down to room temperature.

7. Make a thick batter.
8. coat baby corn well in it.
9. Like this. Then deep fry.
